Connect the device to this computer with a USB data cable.
Settings, contacts and identity stay on the device – nothing is erased.
- Click Flash and pick the device's port.
- Wait until it says done. The device restarts by itself.
- Click Start update mode and pick the device's port. The device restarts into update mode.
- Click Flash and pick the port again – its name may have changed.
Already in update mode? Go straight to Flash.
If Start update mode does nothing, put the device into update (DFU) mode by hand –
see your device's manual – and then click Flash.
